[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Being threatened for unused bill payment | |||||
I was using Reliance Dongle with a monthly rental of 490, but later in april2016 due to signal issues in my area reliance dongal was not working, so i dropped email to relaince care to stop the service and informed then that i am clearing my due balance . i received call from reliace care in may 2016 where i informed the CCexecutive that i am not using this dongle so please stop the services also, as i have deposited 500rs advance so adjust the same amount with my bill. But company kept on charging me and now i am being threatening by call and emails to pay the bill for the services which i have not used. I would need to know when i formed the company well in advance to stop the payments then why i am receiving call. Was this information helpful? | |||||
