[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Benefit not credited

My number [protected] has been recharged with Rs 201 of Assam circle as reliance told me that on 201 I will get unlimited local calls if i fulfilled all the conditions i.e the phone should be smart phone and 3G enable and minimum 1 year reliance customer. As i fulfilled all the conditions as reliance told me and after I recharge my number with Rs 201 I get a promo balance of Rs 201 and 30 MB data Where I should get unlimited local call and 1GB of data but reliance did not give me these benefit ... So I want to raise a claim again reliance Assam telecom My Reliance number that I recharge with Rs 201 is. [protected] its from Assam Circle Recharge date and time 11th December 2015 appx 7.55 PM
