[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bill generation post closure of account

I had a Reliance Netconnect Connection no [protected] which I had closed 2 months back. I got the final bill of reduced amount in that month which I paid. However Reliance generated another bill the next month. I sent emails to customer care regarding that but I didnt get any response from them. Even after that they keeps generating bill. They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
