[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bill issue | |||
I port my number [protected] to Reliance postpaid at the time of port Reliance store employee told me that at Rs.899 plan with unlimited calling and internet but I got 6000 minutes only so I adjust with this facility but my sim was active on 29 Aug and I got a message on 30 Aug that 500 mb will credited on your account on 1 Sep so I start using internet from 1 Sep but on 9 Sep I got a mail from reliance that your due payment is Rs.838 Rs.409 for internet usage, I contact reliance customer care a person named Atul told me sorry sir 500mb was not credited in your 1 Sep it was created on 9 Sep in your account so you have to pay full bill. I told him that this is wrong why should I pay for internet usage It was company's fault I already confirmed from reliance customer care on 1 Sep that is 500 mb is credited in your account you can use it.
