[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Bill paid not credited to account | |||
Hi This is regard to payment which I made through an agent of Reliance communication, I made a payment of Rs.3000 on 6th January, 17 to "K.B. ENTERPRISES" shop no-2 Sahi lane, Ashok Vihar phase -II opposite Samrat garden gurgaon-122001. I made a payment to my postpaid mobile bill ([protected])of Reliance communication, they were saying that the payment will be credited to within 2-3 days But after waiting to the said period regularly called and visited to the store the payment is still not credited to my account.
