Dear sir,
This is regarding my postpaid connection [protected], i have paid bill on 16th june online. After paying bill my all service barred and after complaining 12 to 15 time my bill did not updated yet. I am keep getting phone calls and message to pay bill.
I am very much disappointed with customer care so many times they disconnected phone instead of solving the issue.
I would request you to kindly solve my immediately. Otherwise i will force to switch to other companies.
