Hi, My reliance post paid number is [protected] and i took 299 plan. My last month bill was generated on 27 may 2017 and i paid bill on 07/06/2017(before due date) but on my current month bill, you have charged late payment fees plus outstanding amount of last month. If i have paid my bill on time, why are you charging late payment fees plus outstanding amount on my current month bill. I called customer care([protected]), couple of times, person listens my problem and put my phone on hold. I am using Reliance services for last couple of year but last couple of the months, i am facing bill related, data usage and call disconnected related issues quite frequently. I think, you are just supporting Jio customers and forget about your existing customers who were using your paid services instead o[censored]sing free jio services. Can you please look into this matter. Bill payment detail. Account no[protected].
