[Resolved] Reliance Communications — bill update pending | |
Im using ur network for past 3 months. One of my mobile no got bill due as per monthly basis. I paid my bill on date[protected]. Its been almost 15 days the bill is not updated. I filed a complaint on r care for 4 times (For past one week). Spoke with senior officials also[protected]. All of them assured it will be resolved in 48 hours. But nothing works. Whats fascinating is now im blocked even for filing a complaint. My mobile no is unable to place a cal even in ur r care which is usually used for filing complaints. We r people who depends on our mobiles for business. I dont know whether to follow my customers or ur customer care. Im done with filing complaints. I choose reliance cause of its awesome packages. So if it continues my only choice is to switch my network to other provider. Kindly update. Was this information helpful? | |
