[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Billing as Per Wrong/Arbitrary Plan

I had subscribed to the Reliance Zero Plan for 24 months by paying Rs 20850 as advance rental.

The rcom website for the said Reliance Zero Plan http://shop.rcom.co.in/gsmzero/83-postpaid-gsm-24-months-zero-plan.html clearly mentioned that from the 25th month onwards, the plan would be migrated to RGMaxValue1499 plan. (An image of the said webpage is attached herewith)

According to the bills generated on January 25, 17 and Feb 25, 17 I was charged at a monthly rental of Rs.3599 till 7th of February (when the plan was changed on my request).

It is hence clear that the said billing at a monthly rental of Rs.3599 was against the T&C of the said Reliance Zero Plan.

As per the telephonic conversation i just had with the Reliance CC Exec, they were unable to access the screenshot (of the R Zero Plan as advertised on rcom website). According to their request, I'm reattaching the said screenshot image.

As it seems, even the incoming call facility has been barred, effective today. Please arrange for the same to be resumed until the resolution of this issue.
