I am no reliance postpaid connection. My bill due was on the[protected]. I paid my bill on the[protected] at 10:00am at Reliance Mobile Store (Kiyaasmee Communication) they there provided me a "Sundaram Challan". The payment was done by cash. the amount was Rs.180/ Today[protected]. I received a sms from reliance that the payment has not been done, please pay to avoid late payment chargers. I called the customer care where, I spoke to Sonali, she asked with for the receipt number, so that she can file a complaint.. but there was no recepit number mentioned on the challan received. She dint accept their mistake, but she told i cant do anything you go and visit nearby reliance store.. I told i will file a complain she was like OK!! Attaching the challan which I got, do take needful action.
