[Resolved] Reliance Communications — billing dispute | |||||
My no is [protected]. My plan is freedom 350. My bill for june is disputed and my plan is changed to 399 without my permission or information. Why is this happening again and again. Customer care says detail bill is not yet generated and once it gets generated they will say sir you have to pay this time and settle this issue before next cycle. I have got better things to do then just keep calling u guys. This is your wrong doing and u should settle it. The whole process and actions from your side is ridiculous. I have not been contacted from your side since i registered my complain on customer care as well on facebook. This is sheer negligence from your side and the date to pay the bill is approaching for which u will ask me to pay. I will not pay for something of your fault. You people have changed my plan without asking me then send me false bill. How can u do this again and again to me
