[Resolved] Reliance Communications — billing dispute with reliance | |
Recently i lodge a complain and its marked resolve without my confirmation. My concerns is still not been addressed. I raised 15-20 complaints after this. No one is ready to help and all are saying we cannot do anything. I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer court. My services are stopped from 20 days and they are still sending me bill for that period and charged advance for this. Now i got a bill of rs. 641 and i am not going to pay a single penny because my services are barred from 20 days. Security deposit rs. 300 still not reflecting in my account. Concerns: 1. Security deposit rs. 300 2. Advance rental rs. 299 3. Charges for inactive connection rs. 366 I am fed up from them, now i thing this the time to spend some time and money to get this resolve.
