Reliance Communications — Billing issue | |||||
I had taken a postpaid no for my mother from reliance. With a minimum monthly plan as she doesn't use so much, it was all good for 5 - 6 months after that all of a sudden they started charging around 240 for Value added service which they dont know which service it is & we never asked for. Later i see an addition for 1200 + internet charges which she has no used/nor does she know. They disconnected the service & not willing to speak as well. This kind of a service is totally unacceptable & charging without our knowledge amounts to a case. I need to take up a case against them, please advice. Was this information helpful? | |||||
