Reliance Communications — billing issue. | |||
Reliance communications have changed my monthly plan for my number [protected] without intimation and doubled the cost of the monthly plan in the name of "upgradation" without my consent. I have asked them to change the plan which they have not done and i told them that need to send a mail or revised bill as per the previous plan but they did not do it and disconnected my line. They have literally tortured me for payment not heeding to my request. I would like to get out of reliance for this reason. Very poor response and they intimidate indirectly. I am unable to migrate to other service provider as they have barred my number which is linked to my mother's bank / aadhar etc. I request to settle this issue. Payment done as per the old tarrif.
