Reliance Communications — billing issue. | |||
Reliance communications have changed my monthly plan for my number [protected] without notice and increased the monthly tariff by two times in the name of "upgradation". I have asked them to roll back to my earlier plan as the usage is low. They have not done the same. I registered this complaint to the customer care and the representative told me to pay as per the last monthly pan which i did. Thee is no revised bill / mail or sms from them on this. Instead they disconnected my outgoing line. And have literally tortured me for payment not heeding to my request. I would like to get out of reliance for this reason. I have opted for port but they are not responding with code. Very poor response and also they intimidate indirectly. I am unable to migrate to other service provider as they have barred my number which is linked to my mother's bank / aadhar etc. I request to settle this issue. I am getting payment outstanding reminder. I request the persons concerned take up the issue on priority and settle the issue or i will have to approach consumer court for the mental agony i am going through. Regards.
