[Resolved] Reliance Communications — bizarre balance deduction | |
My reliance gsm no has "data ki azadi" pack subscribed (rc 70) which gives 1gb 2g data daily for 365 days. And as of 18/8/2017 i had around rs 209 as my account balance but the next day i.e. 19/8/2017 i saw that my account balance is zero and it seems like it had been deducted for data but i didnt even use that 1gb data. While i didnt know the cause for deduction i tried to contact customer care but there my call is not connecting. I even tried reaching through online chat but it seems that the online service is down too. Today i had alot of problems due to insufficient balance and would really like my balance back. Further more as i have been a loyal customer for a long time i didnt expect the company to have mistakes like that now and then.. So i want the resolution of my problem i.e. My balance back as soon as humanly possible. Was this information helpful? | |
