My daughter's phone no.[protected] which was active since 2006. Last recharge on 06.12.2015 for Rs 100. From 9th December 2015 there was no network. She is not able to communicate any where. The sim was purchased in the name of Moumita Bera.
Please look into the matter for activate the same or other wise arrange to return my balance amount. Before blockage of sim it is responsibility of Reliance to send message for alternative arrangement.
