[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Blocking MNP - [protected]

I am trying to send message to 1900 from last 3 days and they are blocking my message. Not able to get the code for mnp to switch. I am getting the message as insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the service even if i have sufficient balance. I already notified customer care but they are not helping. Reliance is automatically activating some vas packs and deducting my balance from last 1 year. I have many complaint against them. My # is [protected] and i need immediate assistance. You cannot force me to stay with your useless network.

My alternate number is [protected].
It's validity is going to expire on 18th June 2017...
Plz tell us how can I extend it's validity to lifetime..
Reliance customer care advised to recharge for Rs 6 but the transaction was failed.
