Last Complaint No. –[protected] dated 23.03.2017.

1. The broadband internet services are NOT PORIVDED since last over THREE days. There is no service even after lodging complaint number of times with local service provider and the Company. It appears that there is some dispute between Company and local service provider?

2. The problem is persisting since the connection is installed and as a subscriber, I have left with no alternative to abandon the services of Reliance Communications Ltd. and also to get the adjustment for NON SERVICE deductions from next bill? Kindly look into the matter, reply by return mail and do the needful urgently.
