I first requested my service termination vide Service Request ID[protected], Dt 3-Dec-2016. Then there was email and telephonic folowup every couple of days.
Then I logged another service request[protected] on Dt 9-Jan-2017. Then there was email and telephonic followup again.
Then I logged another service request[protected] on Dt 16-Feb-2017. Then there was email and telephonic followup again.
Inspite of this RCOM failed to respond to so many requests and emails. There is absolutely no sence of customer service in RCOM. I have email acknowledgements from RCOM for each conversation and every time I was told that somebody will contact me within 48 hours. I had conversations with your call centre agents multiple times and similar promises were made but never honored.
The service has finally been terminated on 1st March 2017. Now RCOM has sent me bill and asking me to pay for it. I cannot pay for srevices that I have not used and had done all that I could do to get the service terminated Was this information helpful? |
