[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Broadband connection not working | |||||
Hello, Complain no.[protected]. My net connection has not been working for the last 30 days. And this fault in connection happen very often. I have been been paying my bill every month, have complained more than 50 times. Kindly advice. Why should i pay the bill when my connection is not working. It happen every alternate month. Hould i get it disconnected. Your complain dept. Repair personnel are literally useless. Have tried to call mr. Vikas. Who never picks up his phone. Kindly advice.
