[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Broadband Connection not working for 2 weeks and customer care does not answer the calls to even file a complaint

I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. My connection is not working for the since 3rd October 2015. I am not allowed to log in itself. It states that "the username and password combination does not match." This is not the first time this same particular issue has risen. However the last time, the issue was resolved in 3 days time stating a server issue. This time however, it has been so for the past 2 weeks and since the 3rd of October i have not been able to reach Reliance customer care to even raise a complaint. Each time i call the customer care number, The gets transferred to the executive and the executive picks up the call and instantly disconnects it. This is happened 7 to 9 times everyday since the 3rd October 2015. I need an executive to contact me directly at [protected]. This is not my first complaint. My previous complaints have not been resolved from Reliance Communications as well. If this cannot be resolved i need a compensation.

It has already been over a month since the i have been unable to access internet. The issue has till today not been resolved. I have no active internet connection from 3rd October 2015 till date. The days are still counting.

I am still looking forward to having the issue resolved! It is not the first time this particular issue has arisen, however, the last time, the customer care executive had given me an alternate method to log in. This time i am still unable to even contact customer care.
Usually on registering a complaint i receive an sms with the complaint number. I did not receive one till today. So i feel that no complaint has been registered still and that the above statement is indeed false..
The issue has not been resolved till date.. This is annoying!! I paid for a connection for 6 months in July and its been almost 2 months since my connection has stopped working. This is creating a big loss for me!
Connection has not been rectified till date. It has been more than 2 months!
