[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Broadband connection not working for more than 2 months even after numerous complaints | |||
I have numerous unresolved complaints within this sites itself. All Reliance ever does is respond initially (only for namesake) and then do not follow up. I currently use a Thunder1099 plan from Reliance Communication and my account number is[protected]. My connection is not working for the since 3rd October 2015. It states that "the username and password combination does not match." This is not the first time this same particular issue has risen. However the last time(September), the issue was resolved in 3 days time stating a server issue. This time however, it has been so for more than 2 months. This is not my first complaint. My previous complaints have not been resolved from Reliance Communications as well. The previous complaints have been abandoned by Reliance Communications. On numerous calls to customer care not one single employee helped out. I have no internet connection since 3rd October 2015. What is the point of paying for the connection when in reality there is no internet connection? I need a clear cut compensation for the period i am unable to use the internet connection due to a fault at Reliance Communications (The compensation must include every single day without a working connection). There is a limit to waiting for the service to be rectified. A week is understandable, but more than 2 months is outrageous! Was this information helpful? | |||

My concerns are not fully addressed unless a compensation is provided! Plus the connection is highly unstable!
