[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Broadband not working after 6pm | |||
My USER ID is[protected] Its been one week i have complained about my internet connection, it works fine during the day time. But after 6pm it starts disconnecting. The DSL light blinks and stands as stable for few seconds and gone. It repeats as 100 times. Its been a heavy headache to watch it and waiting for the DSL to stand stable. I have been calling customer care for last one week. They are not seemed to take any action about it. Without intimating me they are closing the complaints. The local technician is a rude person and he is not answering my calls. Even though the tariff is low in reliance, the connection quality and service is also very poor.
