[Resolved] Reliance Communications — broadband not working and no response for complaints | |||
I am ashwini shankar h s from mysore. My reliance broadband connection has stopped working from end-of-september. I had contacted every single person here for service. When i ran out of options, i had raised a service request in rcom.co.in and also had sent mails to customer care. None responded. In between, i was presented with bill and getting calls to pay them when no service is provided. I had asked for waiver of the bill for all the days the network is down and also had asked for immediate termination of the connection. When i try to track the complaint online, it always says service temporarily unavailable. How can that be down for so long? Till day i have sent many mails and requests both on the portal and on mail. No response from reliance and also annoying calls asking to pay the bill. Need justice here. Mar 30, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Disconnected Reliance and moved to some other provider. Lost money, time and bandwidth Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
