[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Broadband not working. | |||
Dear sir, Subscriber id[protected] Name - Rajkumar My broadband is not working from 13/03/2015 till today. i complaint to reliance customer service reliance provided me almost 20 complaint id till now but my connection is still not working and reliance discloses my complaint every time. I do call everyday to reliance customer service i called them almost 100 times no resolution provided, no engineer visit, receive 2, 3 calls from reliance the executive says that please allow us 24-48 hours your connection will work again but again no resolution provided after that i raise a disconnection request and ask to refund my money back but again no response from reliance. I tell you why my connection is not working because there is a EDP near to my house from where my broadband wire is coming. Although the power supply of the EDP is cut from 11/04/2015 by the householder of the home where EDP is placed. I asked the householder why you did it and he says that he is not receiving rent of the EDP from last 6 months from reliance so he cut the power supply if you want to talk to him his contact number is ([protected]- Nazmi Khan) Was this information helpful? | |||
