[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Broadband not working | |||||
Hi, my name in Maulin Chavda and ID[protected]. On 8th of may my broadband stop working and i called to c.care then they said that there is problem in in your area net is not working till 2 or 3 days. I said ok then i called at 11'may again they said wait for 1 day even i ask for technician to visit my home but c.care said that there is problem from our side so we cannot send technician. Then it start working at 14'may evening and ask for weaver then i got text that we CANNOT provided weaver. WHY NOT? Still even sometime net sometime disconnect and sometime connect.
