I have not been receiving my internet connection since september 20, 2017. I had made several attempts at calling their customer service team. However, since my first attempt till date, i keep receiving an automatic voice response stating "due to exigency, our services are currently unavailable. Thank you for contacting reliance broadband". I had even emailed them 10 times but no body is responding to the mail. I am not sure what is happeing with their systems
