Reliance Communications — Broadband not working for over a week | |
Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Reliance. Your Service request no. is[protected]. Your request will be resolved in the next 24 Hours. We have been repeatedly calling reliance for the past one week as Broadband isn't working. However this is the only response we seem to be getting! Are you ever planning to sort it out? At least have the decency to inform us honestly when the issue will be sorted instead of lying every single day that it'll be sorted out in 24 hours. I hope the bill amount will be deducted as it's not fair for a customer to pay for a service never bloody received!!! Get your act together or cancel my connection as we're NOT going to pay unless my internet starts working in the next 24 hours!!! Was this information helpful? | |
