Reliance Communications — Broadband not working from last 12 days | |||
I am using Reliance Broadband service from last one month but Broadband is not working from last 11 days. I Call to the Service Center and Register the complaints about that, but still the internet is not working. I paid the 3 Months Advance payment and Installation Charges. On Friday(26 Feb, 2016) Reliance Customer Relation officer makes the Commitment with me to fix the issue with in 48 hrs. But still its not working. My User id is :[protected]. Now I don't need this type of service and need the full payment back ( 3 Months Advance Rent + Installation Charges) Was this information helpful? | |||
