Date: 27th june 2016 Subscriber id:[protected] Incident: broadband connection down from past 2 months, repeatedly called customer care, appellate authority number of times, still did not get resolution on the same. Apart from this, complaints logged by me are resolved (In the system) without informing me via sms even if the connection did not work.
