It's not even been a month since I started using reliance. Initially they took around 3 weeks after taking the money to install a connection instead of 3 days. The guy who took money was not picking up the phone and I had to follow several times for that. But finally connection was installed. But since then it's intermittent connectivity issue. Reliance customer care is pathetic when it comes to escalation. Technicians are rude and arrogant and talk without logic who visit to check the connection. When demanded escalation they reliance custome care executive named Namita actually disconnected my phone. Pathetic service.
