Reliance Communications — Builder cheated me

Dear Sir My husband Sushil Vilas Gavkar hasdied on 05/10/2015. We have a booking flat name OLIVESQUARE unit no - 105 in RCL Karajt Project of Rs.11Lacs on June 2013. I have sale agreement. There is no responsefrom RCL office even oftenly calling. Also RCL customer care no. is notworking. I was personally meet RCL Vashi office alsothey told me refund amount but as on date I have not received anycheque. I want to file complaint butadvocate told me he required him address for sending notice. So I requestplease help me for getting this money.
