[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Call barr alert, i was asked to pay bill for the number i never own. | |||
I had ported to reliance few months ago. Today i received a message: "dear reliance customer today eod will barred your active no [protected]. Against your non payment of old rim no. [protected] rs 612/- kindly make pymt avoid barring." But i never had any other numbers, this is the only number i have with reliance. I called your customer care but they had no information. There was no reply contact information in the message. This is my customer facing number, if it gets barred, i have to take legal action against reliance. Because of such mischievous behaviour of reliance, i had ported all my numbers (Including the two numbers mentioned above). At that time, i had cleared all dues and even had to pay extra. Later i had to only port one number to reliance. This was a fresh account and fresh porting. How could reliance allow me to port then if bills were due? How could you threaten to barr my new connection for old bill?? Was this information helpful? | |||
