[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Call charge deducted extra Rs. 2.125 .

Respected sir,
I beg to state that i have call from my mobile phone (mobile phone
No. :- [protected]) to mobile phone (mobile phone no. :- [protected]
) today, ie, on dated 11.10.2016 at 05:42 pm. the call duration is
01:45 minutes. but, the reliance co. call charge deducted rs. 2.625. my mobile phone call charge rate is rs. 0.25 per minutes. so, as per condition, the call charge may deduct by the reliance co. rs. 0.50. but, the reliance co. deducted extra rs. 2.125.
Kindly, take necessary action against the reliance co. for refund this deducted extra money rs. 2.125 by the reliance co. as early as possible.

I have complaint this matter to the reliance customer care on dated 11.10.2016.
Madam of reliance customer care called me today, ie, 12.10.2016 at
12:00pm from phone no. :- [protected] and she talk with me misbehave.
Kindly, take necessary against madam of reliance customer care for misbehave with me and take necessary against the reliance co. for refund this deducted extra money rs. 2.125 as early as possible.
