Reliance Communications — Call rate problem

My 19/-rs call rate offer active 10/6/2017 but now 6days my call rate charge 1.2/-rs.i have not received any msg this offer 14 days instead of 28 days.now this offer also shown in my no. for 28 days. i call customer care but not given proper ans & tell me this offer change. company not send any msg this offer change.customer not known this offer change & i think my call rate 0.2 but result differ 1.2 rs.how this possible n how customer known this offer change.mistake of company but now this problem faced to customers.pls given me proper ans.
