Dear sir/madam I telling you that my mobile number [protected] and port number ev542267 end date 31 december and rv542267 end date 14 november. 14 november before my network goes away i porting after 14th november but ev542267 porting number invalid and i port rv542267 after the mobile number has not been started, the retailer is informed that the rv542267 does not match again i porting with rv542267 but number has not been started the retailer is informed my mobile number disabled, and i enrolled my log this number [protected] my complain number is 535202 and my alternate number [protected] please help me thank you Not:- complain to rcomappellateauthority. Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 11, 2017 drs_mdu's response either MTS or RCOM not handled the merger. There is no communication about the customer care number/email will not work from date and effective new number from date. Connectivity also not there since november, to whom we should contact as basic info missed out during merger. Ultimate sufferer is customers. | |||||

I facibg probelm nearly 2 weeks dull signal blocked and iam not able to port my reliance no to other network. Pl help me to change ny no.[protected] to change other network for gicing port no.

No connectivity since november, but bill received through SMS.

My old reliance gsm sim card was not working and company give me port number that will be invilid i want new reliance gsm port number so port my number on another company number its will be urgent but company customer care not give me response
