Hello,
Firstly, I am not getting the promised high speed internet i.e., 2 mbps to 5 mbps. A technician was supposed to fix the issue in 3 days which did not happen. I raised a request to cancel the connection. After talking the following people my request for cancellation is still not done.
I have spoken to the following and many more
Priyanka, Tamil selvan, Anupriya, Kavitha, Subramanian.
I want my data card connection to be cancelled.
