[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Cancelling phone connection

I had a west Bengal CDMA postpaid connection which I want to terminate. I had lodged this request on 22nd November 2013 in Mumbai. Post this request I had received a call from the retention centre where I clearly mentioned that I want to terminate the phone connection. But still to this date I am receiving bills for this phone. When I went back to the Reliance world outlet, they told me that some error had been made and the number had been barred not terminated. They said that the mistake would be corrected in 2 days but again I am receiving bills from Reliance. I have complained multiple times to the outlet and have also sent mails to rcom.appllateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, but in vain. I don't expect such lackadaisical approach from an organization as huge as reliance. As of now I have paid the December, January and February bills for which I expect a full reimbursement for it. Also I want my number to be terminated ASAP.
