Reliance Communications — cannot able to contact complaint number (198) and no response in e-mail | |||
We are the cug users in reliance communications, we were using 15 connections in our factory, there was some add on services are activated, plan was changed without our knowledge. I solved those problems. But still i need to check status of invoice cycle date change, reverse plans from 350/- tariff to 299/-. When i send a enquiry mail to [protected]@relianceada.com (Mentioned in invoice), there is no response. Cannot able to reach customer care peoples e-mail, phone call (198) complaint number too.
