[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Cannot ever connect to their customer care, they have been sending bills | |||
These people are thieves! I have been trying to call the customer care to disconnect my broadband connection. I get hundred calls for paying the bill, which i want to get disconnected. They are free to make those calls but not to take up a disconnection call. And then on top pf that these people have the audacity to reach my house and tell my mother that a legal notice will be sent if we not pay the bill instantly, and that too their executive was shouting in the middle of the road. Why should we pay them, also their internet has not been working because our payment has not been made. Why in the world should we pay the bill for a connection that they have already disconnected. And is there something called customer care, is that how you treat customers, all the customer care etiquette is there till you take the subscription! Was this information helpful? | |||
