Dear Sir
I am to inform you that I am your customer since long. I have two nos [protected] & [protected]. further, I am to state that your customer care no. *333, 30333333, 198 are of no use. always show busy, if connected, then computers speaks our rep/officers will talk to you within 03 or 5 minutes.but that 03 or 05 minutes do not come and your rep/officers is not available to attend customer request or complaint. Even, I could not talk or lodge complaint even after holding phone for continuous 10 minutes. I am trying from 14/02/2015, but unable to talk or lodge complaint.
I have e-mailed your [protected]@relianceada.com on 16/02/2015 and 17/02/2015, but there is no response from your side.
Is there any other way. How could I get my problem resolved. If this is your service/customer care, stop saying the words like u r our valuable customer or we care for u etc. I do not want service provider like you and compelled to go to another Service provider.
