[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Cdma to 4g gsm upgrade | |||
Rcom communicated all cdma customers to switch their sim with 4g gsm. Against which each customer will get 150 min. Talk time 10 gb of 4g data upon migration. And even after the migration process is over since months we have not got any 4g data which they had promised. And their customer care agents (Most pathetic people) and field agents now saying rcom have gave 10 gb 2g data instead of 4g. I think i need my whole life span to use those 10 gb (Of no use) of 2g data. Why do reliance communication cheat its customer... Some one has to take some legal action against this kind of promise they publicly make on their website and other media and never fulfill. Was this information helpful? | |||
