Niranjan: Why are you overcharging my account. It is supposed to be INR 999 for 40GB. In 4 days u have stopped my services.
Niranjan: U r losing ur customers anyway and now u have started cheating them.

Niranjan: Yes. It was a push/force upgrade from your side.
Niranjan: What is that?
Divesh: Your allocated data for this bill cycle was 2.61 GB.
Niranjan: I was clearly told that upon upgrade my plan will continue to be the same old one. No CHANGES.
Divesh: Which is been consumed completely.
Divesh: And now you have exceeded your credit limit so your services are been barred.
Niranjan: R u even listening?
Niranjan: Who asked to change my bill plan? I never did. You can't change my bill plan without consulting me and without my approval.
Niranjan: Either I have to withdraw your services or sue you at consumer court.
Niranjan: I will have to talk to other customers who have suffered and do what is needed full if you do not fix this issue that you have created.
Divesh: Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Divesh: As the data plans are been changed as per the company policy.
Niranjan: So what are next steps?
Divesh: Customers are been provided the confirmation for the plan change through mail.
Niranjan: There was no description of anything in any mail.
Divesh: Are you sure you did not get any confirmation mail for the same?
Niranjan: I mentioned NO DESCRIPTION of change in plans
Divesh: Be rest assured, This data plan will be changed very soon to 4G plan.
Niranjan: What does that mean? Is it going back to my old plan or what?
Niranjan: No email from your side no SMS either on bill plan change.
Divesh: The new default 4G data plan will be activated very soon on your number.
