Reliance Communications — change of plan without approval

Since last two months, my fixed rental of rs 199/ was changed to rs 707/ and rs 499/. On enquiry, i was told that plan has been upgraded. Since i had not asked for any change, i asked them to reverse the charges.
They are silent on the issue and keep on reminding to pay current bill. 470/. How can you change my plan without my request for it???

They are silent on the issue and keep on reminding to pay current bill. 589/. How can you change my plan without my request for it???and customer care say advance charege why i pay advance amount because of that my plan 299 then pay 299 with Gst i pay.
