[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Change of plan without early notice and extra payment for additional usage. | |||
Using wi-pod for last 7 months. Was upgraded to 4g without any change in plans. When tried to contact customer care for termination of service, they said that i would get just 3gb of 4g data from now and i have used data for rs 3500, which i never knew about. I was never intimated about this. Neither did i receive any intimation reg the change in current data plan (40gb for 999).
