[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Charged money without services and termination of service without information | |||
Dear Sir, I purchase data card of reliance communication last year in December. After using its prepaid service for 7 months my retailer suggested me to convert it as a post-paid plan.after converting to post paid and paying advance money of 915. My data card service was terminated without notice.after some days I went to retailer where I got o know that this was done due to address verification negative. Where they just tried my Mobil no. It was mistakenly typed by my retailer.after one month of consistent follow ups. Both reliance customer care is saying that they will neither refund my money nor will activate my data card.
