Reliance Communications — Charges without intimation

I am using Reliance in Maharashtra circle from last 3 years and I am not charged roaming on it even once and one sudden fine month reliance separates the Mumbai and Maharashtra circle and starts charging for roaming without intimation which is unacceptable. Customer should be informed first before changes which was not done because of which I am requesting you to revert the roaming charges. If I was intimated on time I would have changed the circle and then used it (doesn't make sense to pay roaming charges).
Reliance claims that there system is automated and have send SMS to inform customers. They also accept that due to technical issues you have not received the SMS but they are not reverting the roaming charges.

Hi Team.

Last month I replaced new SIM of Maharashtra circle as I am staying in Pune (which come under Maharashtra circle) and also changed the monthly plan accordingly, still I am charged roaming and my outgoing is blocked. Kindly let me know why roaming is charged now, request you to revert charges and start my outgoing. Your customer care is also hopeless as they don't reply to emails. My issue is not resolved. there are 3 issues all are pending, Issues as below:

1. I am using reliance from 7 years and initially was in Mumbai but after few days moved to Pune (Maharashtra circle). Reliance Mumbai and Maharashtra circle were same, after almost 3 years reliance separated the Maharashtra and Mumbai circle without informing and I was charged heavy roaming for 1 month as I was in Maharashtra circle and my SIM was of Mumbai circle. If I was informed properly I would have changed the circle. It was done without customer information so I have requested you to waive of the roaming charges for that month

2. My outgoing was stopped for few days and still I was paying you monthly rent, so I decided to pay the roaming charges till the issue is resolved. I cleared all the charges and replaced the new SIM with Maharashtra circle (paid Rs350/- for circle change or replacement of SIM for Maharashtra circle). Unfortunately, reliance store people gave me wrong SIM or gave me prepaid SIM instead of postpaid SIM in which again my 10 days were wasted to change and replace the new postpaid SIM. For 10 days my outgoing was barred even though my monthly rent was going on.

3. After change of the SIM and circle, I am again charged roaming for this month which is very frustrating to me now. I don't know why reliance have charged roaming for this month (when SIM, plan and circle everything is changed).

Kindly look in to the above issues.

As the above issues are not resolved, I have decided to close down the reliance connection. Further I called reliance customer support and have requested for closure of connection. I have got the request id[protected]. Request you to close the connection ASAP as I do not want to be trapped in more issues.
Hi Team,

My Reliance connection is closed but the final bill again needs correction. Reliance has charged Roaming charges in month of Jan 16 which were reverted and same mistake is carry forwarded in Feb month's bill as well. I am again charged roaming on Feb bill in-spite of change of circle and new SIM. Kindly revert the roaming charges for month of Feb as well so that I can settle the remaining amount.
