[Resolved] Reliance Communications — charging an advance without even asking | |||
I received a bill of 1000+ from rcom in which they added an advance rental of rs. 500-600 for some upgrade that i didnt ask for. We are continuously contacting their customer care who are forcing us to pay the advance rental even though we have not asked for an upgrade. We are telling them that we are willing to pay our bill within our original plan with which we are satisfied and not willing to pay the advance rental. But, they are forcing us to pay it. We have recorded all the calls and are extremely unhappy with what this company is doing with our old and regular customers. Anil ambani is running a fraud company and either he is doing this intentionally to fill his coffers or he is not aware about this. We want our bill revised and we will be happy to continue otherwise, we will not pay the bill with the advance rental. We will take this to the court. Was this information helpful? | |||

But the neither closed Sim nor stop bill payment. after that i Paid all payments on 26.7.2017, & inform them, but still they not closed the sim & make payments to still now.
