[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Charging excess amount after upgrading to 4g

Hello sir,
I am a regular user of reliance netconnect+ (data card no - [protected]) for past 2.5 years and since last year i have upgraded to 40 gb unlimited plan of rs 999 per month.

Recently i have upgraded my reliance netconnect + to 4g and as per the information i have recieved from customer care outlet that the existing plan of 40 gb will continue after the 4g upgrade.

But today i got a bill of rs.4803 to be paid by aug 31 2016. on contacting the customer care support i got an information that with the upgrade to 4g the plan is automatically updated to 5gb per month. so the data which is consumed beyond 5 gb is chargeable now.

Its really bad from such an organization that they changed the plan without intimating me.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and provide me the resolution for the same as this is daylight case of cheating from reliance.

Since its a mistake from reliance i request to revert my bill to the normal one which i used to pay for the 40 gb plan.
